Returned Goods Policy

30 Day Return Policy for In Stock Products:
No return authorizations will be issued more than thirty (30) days after date of invoice to the Buyer. The following terms and conditions apply to merchandise unless product(s) are damaged, defective or a First Healthcare Products shipping error. No returns of parts, drop-ship/special order items, customized or printed products will be permitted.
Current in stock catalog product(s) can be returned within 30 days from of the date of the invoice. The Buyer will be issued a full credit toward future purchases on all authorized returns, less original and return shipping fees and a restocking charge which is: the greater of 25% of the price of the goods returned OR $10.00.
A Return Authorization number (RA#), provided by First Healthcare, is required for all returned merchandise. You may obtain a Return Authorization number by calling First Healthcare Products Customer Service at 800-854-8304 or emailing email@example.com . Goods received without prior authorization will be subject to review and credit may be denied.
Freight must be prepaid to FHP’s location for returned merchandise, and all returned items must arrive unused and undamaged in the original First Healthcare Products packaging.Returned Goods sent freight collect will not be accepted.
Returned Goods which arrive damaged will be billed at full cost if not returned in the original packaging or if improperly repacked. Parts are not returnable for credit. FHP reserves the right to refuse receipt or decline credit for returned goods returned in an unsaleable state.
Any return authorization issued by FHP becomes null and void if FHP does not receive the Goods within thirty (30) days from date the Return authorization is issued. Should you decide to keep your product(s) after obtaining your return authorization, please call Customer Service at 800-854-8304 and we will gladly cancel it.
Printed Product(s) Return Policy:
NO RETURNS will be accepted on printed charts, clipboards or custom printed divider sets. Customized product orders require a customer PDF proof authorization (no cost) prior to production.
Clearance/Sale/Discontinued Products items are not eligible for return and are considered final sale with no warranty.
Manufacturer Defect Returns
First Healthcare Products must be notified of product warranty claims within 30 days of invoice to receive replacement or credit on damaged or defective items. Shipping costs if merchandise needs to be returned will be paid by First Healthcare Products.
For details on returns under warranty please refer to our Limited Warranty. Excessive abuse or misuse of the product may void warranties.
First Healthcare Products reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this Policy. First Healthcare Products reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether a specific warranty is applicable to a returned item and whether the product under warranty will be replaced or repaired.
