T/O Forms Saver

Forms Saver is a clear adhesive strip with pre-punched holes that secures and repairs paper binder form holes from breakage.

Forms Saver comes in 11" length strips for side open charts and 8 1/2" for top open charts.

Comes in rolls of 100 and can also be purchased by the case, 12 rolls in a case, 1,200 strips.
Comes in sheets of 1 with 10 strips per sheet and can also be purchased by the case of 120 sheets for a total of 1,200 strips.
